If your order is incorrect or defective, you may return the product to us within 7 days from the order confirmed date subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
- This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on the website;
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc);
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For all return requests, please email us at email@example.com, including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. We will inform you once your request has been received and please follow the simple steps below:
- Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
- Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused.
- Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.
- Attend your local Post Office and send to the labelled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as keepro-sports.com is not liable for lost return parcels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This product evaluation process may take up to 3 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, your refund will be processed. To process your refund more quickly, Keepro will proceed with Bank Transfer ( you need to provide the banking information). You will expect to receive the refund in 7 business days.
